Bay Jackson

BAY JACKSON has been involved in the Arts for many years and absolutely loves being a part of the MDP Family!

She and her husband, Noel, have three adult daughters who have a language all of their own! They enjoy traveling and especially love when their girls come home to visit!

Bay’s oldest daughter, Erin, was on young Erin Walker’s (now Erin Babbs) very first competitive team 24 years ago! Erin graduated from UCLA and is pursuing her master’s degree and teaching credential. Lauren, her middle daughter, was on young Susan Barnett’s very first competitive team 21 years ago and continues to be involved in dance! She graduated from UCI with a B.F.A. in Dance with a specialization in Performance. Hannah, Bay’s youngest, followed in her sisters’ footsteps and began dancing and competing at a young age. Hannah graduated from CSULB with a B.S. in Health Science and is in nursing school pursuing her B.S. in Nursing.

Bay thoroughly enjoyed the many years she spent as a performer in the Parades and Entertainment Department at Disneyland. She remains dedicated to the Arts by volunteering at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Orange County. She has a passion for young dancers and loves to encourage children to be the best they can possibly be.

Shaun Babbs

Shaun Babbs has been one of MDPs biggest fans since opening in 2006. In 2008 after Shaun and Erin were married he began working at Murrieta Dance Project and in the next few years Shaun went on to become a partner in this incredible training facility. Shaun and Erin have a beautiful daughter, Jordyn who is already a dancer in her mommy's Mommy and Me class. Shaun in in charge of all operations and accounts payable/receivable. We are excited to see Shaun this season as he will also be working the front desk on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Deana Sullivan

Deana has been with MDP since 2006 as one of the first families to enroll at Murrieta Dance Project. Deana has 3 daughters, Emily 22, Lindsey 21 and Payton 18. Emily recently graduated from San Marcos University and has trained at MDP since day one! Emily had a very successful competitive career at MDP and after graduating high school Emily was accepted onto the San Marcos Dance Team and began working as an instructor at Murrieta Dance Project. Lindsey is an accomplished singer and pianist and attends San Jose State University. Payton, the youngest of Deana's 3 daughters, graduated from Great Oak high school in 2019. At 4 years old, Payton was the youngest Company Member at MDP in 2006 when Murrieta Dance Project opened its doors. Currently, Payton attends Washington State University and is on their dance team!

Deana's love and dedication to MDP is apparent in everything she does. Deana works from remotely from Washington helping to organize and run the administrative side of the MDP Competition Company.
